They charge cheaper per kilowatt of electricity than PUD3 or Puget Sound Energy. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and their customer services were awesome! They do not allow late payments but offer payment plans. Pay your bill and the lights stay on, easy as that!

Terrible terrible people who hike up prices and then wont help their community. If i could give 0 stars i would. Some of their workers are dumb as a box of rocks. You ask them a question and its always "i don't know". They rip you off because they know they can.

This place over charge you on everything and they don't give you the time of proper notice on your bill or anything and they make it seem like you can never catch up with anything and and don't work with you nothing by far the worse place to live and get power from you know what they say out with old in with the new

Whenever we ask questions about our bill, we get bad customer service and attitude. The company seems to jump at any chance to shut your power off or charge you fee's, there are no ways to make any kind of arrangements to pay your bill if you have a hardship, one of the most expensive electric companies I have ever seen.
