The Colt bus system is okay for a city that does not support public spending. There are very few shelters along any of the bus routes so in bad weather be prepared to get wet. The new Transit Center still is just a parking lot for buses. So there are no bathroom facilities here or anywhere in the Colt system. The transit center by the old Safeway used to have access to the restrooms in local stores but they are now equipped with coded locks and available only to paying customers. I use the bus twice most day and generally it's smooth sailing. My issue is that a good amount of time I look at the app for the eta of a bus it's says there aren't busses in service to the route. So either drivers are actively not connecting, constantly forgetting, pr the connection isn't reliable. Either way, ehats the point of the app if its inaccurate? Also, drivers skip sections of a route- presumably because they're late. I was outside at least 10 mins before the bus was supposed to hit my stop. The app said there were... read more
