Very rude, I enrolled on autopay and was told to not pay bill and that autopay was going to draft 2 months after enrolled. I then received disconnection notice I called they said don’t worry about it. I then received call about disconnection again I was told don’t worry about it. And then I came home to water being disconnected. When u called they said they will see if they can waive the late fee. Person on phone was rude and not very helpful.
Since the new update, I never receive notice of my monthly bill even though I selected paperless. It is so difficult trying to find that information on their website.

The menu on the phone calls are horrible and no one ever answers. I've tried every option. I know they have a new system for billing but it's double billing me and it's real confusing cuz I received deactivation notice right after I paid my bill. I'm forced to go in person I just am worried what kind of competence I'm going to have there
