In my 15 years of dealings with this company, there have definitely been highs and lows, but I must say that their customer service has improved over the past year or two. However, today I was left on hold for 20 minutes only to speak to the most rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable agent I've spoken to in a good while. Their policies change like the wind, disconnect notices are received after the dates listed on them, and their customer service seems to have tumbled back into the gutter.

I keep being told I didn’t pay my bill in April but was just told in June , crazy thing is I PAID came inside to pay and was told that was when they had just got their “new system “ so it was glitching . I shouldn’t have to keep paying more than what’s due because of a new system they got.

Waited on hold for 40 minutes to cancel my services with “1 person ahead of you.”, Staff was unprofessional and rude when they finally answered. Posting photo just incase they didn’t actually cancel my account.

Can't pay online! Can't pay by phone! What is going on at Longview Utility services. What is the deal can't even get anyone to answer the phone. The water company is really becoming a real issue.
