Dropping off water samples. Covid-19 procedures are a little tight. That staff is friendly and helpful.
Doug (Superintendent) is awesome, my fiance lost a irreplaceable piece of jewelry down the drain and she has called him and bugged him multiple times about it and he has been super helpful every time answering every question about it possibly being ground by pump stations/bar screens. he went out of his way to make sure to find the piece even after multiple phone calls that even to me would seem annoying, we may never find what was lost but the respect, effort and kindness he has shown has made this a 5 star.
