I want to thank Robert and his team for the excellent installation of our new 2.5-ton air conditioner. They did an outstanding job from start to finish, and our new home is now nice and cool during this much-needed hot weather. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He answered all of my questions and addressed every concern I had, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We experienced no issues throughout the installation and couldn't be happier with the service.

Sought a quote from Robbie at City of Lakes HVAC to put central A/C in my son's home at end of April, 2026. Elected to go with him. Robbie and Seth were very prompt with the install, and are knowledgeable and hard-working. Price came in exactly as quoted. I had shopped around before selecting City of Lakes, and their price was very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, neighbors. Very pleased.
