I have been a patient of Mrs Knight for about 4 years. Over that time she has not been effective in treating any of my health concerns. Over this period of time she never really was involved. Visits to her office were always short and she always opted for referrals and specialist care and never offered any medical advice. My daughter was also a patient. Why bother. My bus breaks down, not something I can control. 10 min late. The secretary says you're time has come and gone, with a grin on her face. Then a man comes in after me same thing and they allowed him to be processed. I honestly would rather phone appointments from now on. Why bother getting help when you're treated this way by people. I won't be returning in person anymore, I don't feel good coming in here. If I do I'll be making sure to record everything. Medication isn't sent when necessary. I've had other secret... read more
I have seen Dr. Leduc a couple of years now. I feel confident under his care. The staff at the clinic are friendly and professional. The scheduling is on point, which I appreciate.
Just got Dr. Trottier recently as had to get new one when moved from Barrie area back in April 2021 so far she has been great. Just got her at the end of 2023 but so far so good.
