I got there at 5:15pm, they made 15 sick people wait out in the rain.
A real gem of a place. From ; after hours clinic, nurses, therapists, and reception. I unfortunately have advanced and very aggressive COPD Extremely helpful, understanding and caring. From myself and my family we have the most sincere thanks and gratitude for all at this location.
The best medical clinic in kawartha lakes. Experienced staff and doctors. Good facility. They have great online booking and walkin. Appointments usually have no waiting or less than 20 mins. Walkin are within an hour or 90mins. Very good experience here.
Why on earth would they have you wait outside until clinic opens?
We were in a bad spot - super sick child, and we first drove an hour to Halliburton hospital (where we waited for hours, and no ETA could be provided), so we eventually left and drove another 1.5 hours to get to this Lyndsay clinic. We barely made it before closing, but they kindly held a spot for us. We only waited about an hour, and had our diagnosis (strep, ugh!). A million thanks to the staff here for letting us in and taking care of our baby.
