I’m on the number 6 bus and it’s not our usual driver but this stand in driver has the nastiest attitude of them all. I was attempting to help a disabled person onto the bus because the driver deliberately ignored the passenger. I even got off the bus to help get her wheelchair and somehow that upset the driver. The city needs a better vetting system when it comes to choosing the drivers. Everyone one the bus thanked me for helping and the bus driver just sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes. 6/25/25

Got skipped twice at the Weatherly going Northbound exit. The driver keeps going on the overpass instead of stopping down here at the bottom stop. It’s frustrating.

I had to use this service for about a month or so while I navigated a new city . My car broke down shortly after I got here , while it was physically demanding journey these bus drivers ensured my experience was not as overwhelming. Great customer service & helpful … to the extent of what their job allows. I also love how each one of them had their own type of atmosphere. It’s refreshing to see a community of bus drivers who know what it takes to ensure safety and leisure experience

Bus system is not structured. Drivers quit frequently resulting in a non-consistent bus schedule. 1 day they are every 30 minutes-1hr next minute they are 30+minutes late or skipping routes. I get the drivers frustration(which the make sure to vocalize and demonstrate) However most of us are just trying to get to and from work,home,school,etc.Some are trying to get to a paycheck as well.
