My children who are 14 and 12 were forced to go wait in the car in the middle of the summer in the heat because city of Hope does not allow children to be left unattended. Now I would totally understand if the child is under the age of 10. However, teenagers who are old enough to sit in the lobby and read a book should not be kicked out of the facility. Fix your ridiculous policy.
This is the best experience I have had in any hospital. The doctors, PA.s, nurses, and all health professionals are wonderful and kind and caring!! They also have the newest technology, and knowledge, rest assured you will be at the right place!!
