They had me transferred to Five different people on the phone and No one could assist us. It felt as if they were only passing the ball to another player that could care less. One year ago my wife had serious health complications and these people kept on saying it's normal. The situation only got worse so my wife and I had to go to Tijuana and Doctors took action right away, otherwise I would be a widow now. The F'n system needs to start saving lives instead of creating new ridiculous policies.
