I was a patient in the past, and decided to leave due to some things in my own life. When I decided to come back, everything was fine I even had a telehealth scheduled with a provider for the 17th, as it’s been over a year since my last MRI until they called today and said “sorry but you can’t do that telehealth because it’s an initial visit and we don’t have a medical oncologist that deals with your diagnosis at this location. I understand that healthcare providers cannot guarantee outcomes. What they can control is how they treat people. It’s like a different world when you walk in City of Hope !! Just the atmosphere is Awsome.. Every one is smile and so friendly.. And very helpful.. You know when you walk in you know you’re going to get help with healing body soul & mind.. God blesses City of Hope. The Specialist Doctors & their staff very professional and a great positive attitudes .. You walk in one way and walk out healed healthy and happy..
