I really wish we could reply to negative reviews because Dr. Kaplan and his entire team are absolutely wonderful. In my experience, they are caring, professional, and dedicated. If someone ever has an issue, it’s always best to bring it directly to their attention — they truly listen and care. I know the nurse being mentioned, and she is anything but rude — she’s kind, compassionate, and excellent at what she does. Dr. Kaplan and his staff make a great, caring team that truly puts patients first.
I totally disagree with the previous review. The nurses are wonderful and friendly. They are kind and compassionate in treating all the patients in the infusion room. I only go in for blood draws and injections, but I’ve never experienced anything but kindness. And Dr. Kaplan is the best! Along with the front desk staff. I’m so thankful to have such a wonderful place to go to for my cancer treatment.
The girls inside where you draw blood some of them are so rude the one with headband always she has it on God she’s so rude and another one with black hair she’s thin I think her name is Mazal something with M she also never smiles and always rude she has this rude look I don’t get it why your suppose to love your job and not to look at your patient rude!!!THE ONLY GIRL THATS GOOD THERE IS THE ONE WITH BLACK SHORT CYRLY HAIR THE BEST ONE GOOD JOB 👏 KEEP UP STAY LIKE THAT.
