Dr. Phillip is amazing and caring. The receptionists could use a little of training on how to welcome new patients but in overall excellent care.
Went in for a surgical procedure. After they were done, they told me I could leave. I didn't know the back of my shirt was covered in my blood. No one told me a thing. People just stared at me as I was leaving. I never went back for follow ups.
Dr. Merla. Does not care for his patients. Since day one, he was rude and heartless. Some doctors should not be caring for cancer patients! Cancels appointments knowing these appointments are urgent (CANCER) and does not care about rescheduling you right away. Have to call to be rescheduled and it’s weeks if not months away!
