Extremely professional. Knowledgeable and takes things seriously. Likely will save many people from becoming crippled by illness in the city by making sure proper cross contamination practices are followed.
Phones are always down and when being transferred they hang up. I’ve been calling for 10 days now and they can’t get my immunizations due to the “lines being down. Call back again.” How am i supposed to get a job that requires the immunizations when the only way to reach you guys is through telephone and it’s never working? Ridiculous.
Talked to the vaccine program, super rude people. I can be 100% sure these people aren't looking out for my families well being.
