Today I took my daughter to Garland public health clinic for vaccinations to prepare her for school! The front desk staff was very helpful and absolutely kind. I was attended to in no time and my daughter got her shots. Wonderful Nurses and a special thanks to HELEN..Great EXPERIENCE
I just want to give props and thanks to Ms.Ana and Ms.Misty for fast and easy scheduling! I was in and out of the clinic in less than 10 minutes. Huge thankyou to Ms.Ana for thoroughly explaining the titers process to me and taking the time out of her busy day to make sure i understood the directions. I got my results in 1 day! Definitely recommend Garland public health to anyone in need of vaccines, these ladies demonstrated exceptional patient care! These ladies deserve the upmost praise!
Unprofessional and rude staff (not doctors and nurses) have attitude with all the clients. Refugees almost has no option other than here but staff despite knowing this behave rudely.
