Exceptionally unprofessional, dishonest, and callous workers. I had a completely terrible experience due to the indifference of these terrible employees. When I came to get my son’s shot for school the lady at the front told me that I needed to have his records. However, when I came several days before she told me that did not need to bring the immunization records because they are able to access them. The service is terrible and I know fast food restaurants with better customer service. Not only do they lie but they also use their coworkers to back up their spineless claims. Also presentation must not be a word in their dictionary because walking in the place throws you off guard. No one is serious and they lack all the basic skills necessary to be talking to patients.
