Very rude and unprofessional! My daughters PCP and Endocrinologist sent in forms recommending my daughter getting an extra set of the pneumonia vaccine since she is type 1 diabetic and is high risk. The pediatrician talked to her on the phone and nurse was not listening to anything they had to say and was cutting him off said that her insurance won’t cover it that if my daughter really needed this shot I have to pay $365 out of pocket after being told it was medically necessary and her insurance knows!
