To whom it may concern, I called Friday afternoon at 3:27pm to the health department to set up an appointment for my son to receive vaccines. On Friday, I was told that I would need to bring in previous shot records. I let the woman know that due to a domestic situation, where I lost literally everything (including documents)that I ever had, I did not have any previous records. Went there for my immigration vaccines. They are very helpful and guide you through the process. (Front desk and nurses always smiling) I’m thankful for find them, plus they are way cheaper than the inmigración doctor. Get your shots in there first and then go to a doctor with your records.
They were a great help and was super friendly!
