Planning and Building customer service is about as good as DMV is not worse. Wait more than one hour on the phone just to try to get someone answer a question with one person in the queue and no one reply their emails. NAPOLEAN COMPLEX city staffs. Government workers at its best...
I don't understand the low ratings. These people actually help you try and get your building permit. Try going to Fresno county or Madera county and you'll see how good this one really is.
Horrible customer service..messages after messages and still no response..I've lost 3 customers because of this. Great job FRESNO!
The web site required for very simply zoning clearances, FAASTER, is terrible beyond words.
Just answer the phones.
