actual customer support...I travel for a living and quite frankly. i'm tired of being locked out of my bank account when i'm 2,000 miles away from home and have to wait till the next day to be able to access my money. I have stated MULTIPLE TIMES to City of Firsts that i travel A LOT. And if they see multiple charges in different states within a day or two. TO NOT LOCK ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! As of right now this makes #9 of being locked out of my account in 2 years. I think it's time to switch to a new bank.

if your card becomes compromised due to fraud, they (coffcu) will charge you $15 for a new card. Given the circumstances, a new replacement card should be issued for free. Other credit unions in town offer free replacements due to fraud and I'll be taking my business to them. -rude staff that doesn't even try to help you. they just want your money.
