Fairmont MN is the absolute worse place ever to live or even visit. I know this because I live here - at least for now. My house is being listed for sale as I write this review Fairmont MN is a dirty run down city full of empty storefronts and malls. Add to that homes with front yards piled with junk, giant obnoxious signs painted and posted on houses. Not enough? How about the cars and trucks racing by at 60mph+ in the 30mph zones. Fairmont MN is NOT a safe place to live. When a man with an order of protection against him, has several arrests for buying guns, and has a criminal history of burglary, selling and using narcotics, and violating orders of protection walks free and the police and district attorney only slap him on the hand then people need to be fired.
