My light bill always high. Its only my husband and I living at our house. Don't make no sense.
I transferred my service they told me everything was good to go in April and they didn’t update anything on my account until recently of August 17th and I’ve been paying 352 at for the old address since then and now they are saying that I have a new account number that I didn’t get til August and no mail to my new address at all and now I owe 800 which isn’t right spoke to a lady named Laura and she was extremely rude and didn’t want to help and put the blame on me based off of their mistakes.
