I absolutely hate this doctor's not only do they not listen to the patients but you actually get told different things by each receptionist, one says we will send over your prescription to the chemist every month then get told by another oh no we don't do that has to be ordered every month so now I'm without medication until Wednesday because I listened to what the receptionist said absolutely ridiculous

Saw the practice nurse Melanie, lovely caring lady who sorted out my problem , very proffesional and gave me 5 star service🤗
Physiotherapy referral: Pathetic experience. For a 45 minute slot they spent 35 minutes with repetitive medical history questions, even though they have access to all the medical profile and test results. And even after all that the only answer i got was i will talk to my senior and get back in two weeks.. what a waste of time and energy . Total disappointment and more agony as i have been in real bad pain.
