Saw the practice nurse Melanie, lovely caring lady who sorted out my problem , very proffesional and gave me 5 star service🤗
Physiotherapy referral: Pathetic experience. For a 45 minute slot they spent 35 minutes with repetitive medical history questions, even though they have access to all the medical profile and test results. And even after all that the only answer i got was i will talk to my senior and get back in two weeks.. what a waste of time and energy . Total disappointment and more agony as i have been in real bad pain.
Not attending phone call at all. I was trying to enquire about my blood test booked
Blood test lady was very rude. Even She didn’t say hi to my child. She used big needle to collect the blood. When I asked for the butterfly needle she refused and said I am not comfortable with baby needle. She didn’t ask for someone else support. I booked a children blood test appointment how can she say i m not comfortable with small needle.
