This had to be the absolute worst electric company and ive been with aep and duke. Completely incompetent customer service and procedures that don’t benefit anyone. Not even the company.” Accidentally” turning off power bc they got confirmation numbers wrong. And don’t forget the infamous “i can’t take your payment over the phone” even though theportal is down. If your services are interrupted and its their fault, no its not.
I was driving on Beechcreek Road off east broad and as you can see the corner in the photos there is power line almost touching the ground where kids play and ride bikes. Please fix that asap before people get hurt.
No one answers the phone I was on hold for 2 hrs with the 24hr emergency number no one would pick up
Got off the phone with Keith about services and was super friendly and did an amazing job.
