I've called every extension in the Payroll Dept. for several days over several weeks just to ask a simple question. Nobody ever answers the phone, and they never return any messages. I don't want to believe that the entire department is just sitting there at 10am on a Monday watching their phones ring, but that seems to be the case.
They owe us money!! Its been almost 2 months. They keep "loosing" my Verdor Form an W9!! Who does business this way???
