Spoke with Lisa on the phone and she was incredibly unfriendly and patronizing. Told me the same thing over and over multiple times and did not understand the question I was asking so repeated herself in a condescending and mocking tone while I waited for her to finish. Highly unprofessional customer service from her, otherwise friendly representatives and a decent service overall!
Dear brother electric company, my bill has been a little bit high lately. My concerns is that you're really not answering people's questions but why is costing so much. An extra $3 tax this has got to stop.I'm going to question if you're being honest some shadiness that's going on Burlington residence. Anybody out there feels the same way I do. They warned us power would be out from 8-2 to work on lines....it was back on by 11. Thx guys😊
