Dear brother electric company, my bill has been a little bit high lately. My concerns is that you're really not answering people's questions but why is costing so much. An extra $3 tax this has got to stop.I'm going to question if you're being honest some shadiness that's going on Burlington residence. Anybody out there feels the same way I do. They warned us power would be out from 8-2 to work on lines....it was back on by 11. Thx guys😊
Completely removed the ability to pay with a credit/debit card without incurring a large fee. Their proposed solution is to mail or hand deliver a check/cash. Deciding in the 21st century to make it LESS convenient for your customers to make payments is certainly a bold choice.
