I received unbelievable assistance from Vikas with reactivating my account and getting me hooked up with a new card and direct deposit.
The loan person was great but standing through the process was absolutely ridiculous. Also my private business should not be for anyone to hear. This is policy should be changed Immediately.
This branch sucks. They have poor quality service and the lady that answers the phone is disrespectful to her customers.
