They do not answer the phone. You'd think if their online systems were as old and archaic as they are they would at least offer some help with real people. This review is for every single branch, none of them answer the phone. I would recommend a separate smaller bank.

They take long every time I go here. It took the lady 10 minutes to service me I stood in line while she talked to co worker and stapled papers
