I was expecting to be at school right now but the bus drove pass me as i was waiting at the bus stop. Why run a transportation company if your drivers can’t even follow instructions . The same exact driver that just drove past me also fell asleep on the bus while in the drivers seat.

I use Met Special Transit for all of my medical appointments,, the dispatchers have been so pleasant to work with,, even when they are obviously very busy and stressed, they have been kind and considerate with me,, the drivers are exceptionally accommodating and help in every way they can . I don’t want to leave anyone out, because I have not had any bad experiences with any driver. I can’t remember all names, but James and Billie are two that I know by name that are exceptionally kind and helpful. This is a great service!!

My review is specifically about Roger who drives the 21 north westend bus. He is always so nice and polite. I have been riding this bus regularly for a while and he has always helped me get off at the right stop. As someone has difficulty communicating at times he really is a huge help.
