Staff & drivers are super nice,I use the paratransit and they are wonderful.
Review is about one bus driver in particular. Older man driving bus 16 at 1:52 pm on July 28, 2025. Didn't want to give me a transfer to catch another bus at the transfer center. Told me I used my transfer already. Never had any issues with a driver giving me transfers because I have to catch 3-4 buses to get to my job across town. I live in the Heights and work in Majestic Ln 14 miles away.
So Steven wants to have an attitude and roll his eyes when I needed help with finding a bus to get to work, today is 5/19/2025 6:37@m, I had a transfer from westend heights to the 16 bus. Steven decided to not stop and wait and now I'm late for work and had to stand in rain for 25 plus minutes. Very disappointed with the community service and seem like he's just works for the met transit fir a check.
The bus app sucks.. the ones before were way better.. the bus icons always disappear the times are not close to being precise.. no where near convenient I’ve missed the bus multiple times due to the icons disappearing when I have important places to be.. appreciate the drivers so much it’s juss that the app sucks
I love going on it and the free wifi is just👌
