Recently, I went into the Bentonville Electric company to pay my bill. I had run into a snag financially, and having never been late before they gave me an extension came in on March 8 to pay the pass bill and the current bill which they told me was $303.42. It’s like the city of Bentonville put out an indeed posting asking for the most miserable and inconsiderate people to work for them and only hired those people. You have to wait an hour to speak with someone only for them to be absolutely miserable and unhelpful. Pathetic that you allow people to be treated so poorly.

No place to sit. I have a foot injury. They said fill out app and come back to counter. No one in here but me. 3 people behind windows hiding behind computers, just working away on computer. Told me to come back to window and I did. Told me they be with me shortly. I’m Leaning against wall as they all work busily on computers. Several minutes now. Still not helped. worst experience ever. didn’t even reply to my boyfriend when he asked a question. i had to walk up to the glass and repeat the question even louder before she took the time to acknowledge us. she had hung up the phone and didn’t even look at us. when we asked her for help she was really rude.
