I agree with Carolyn B. Unlike water boards in Oxford and Jacksonville, these jokers take no responsibility for the services they are supposed to provide. They hide behind the power of the city government in order to force their customers to pay to fix their poorly planned and maintained sewer lines.
This has got to be the most pathetic place of business EVER. I am a property owner and they are trying to hold me accountable for someone else's debt. Since when is that EVEN LEGAL. I NEVER SIGNED OR CO-SIGNED for anyone to receive services from them and now because I want to have the services turned they're telling me a family member that stayed there owes them and I have to pay their bill.
