I take my dad to city national for his banking needs! And my dad is alot, when I say alot I mean he’s more than a handful! And Prentice is always so amazing with him! No matter where we are in town if he needs the bank he requests to go where Prentice is. He does not care how far we have to go! I would give him 10 stars if it was possible!
Always greeted with a smile. Always helped quickly and even received a phone call for my bday. Greatest customer service at a bank ever.
