Unfortunately, they have gone sharply downhill. The people working for CNB now are overwhelmingly the type of people I will not continue to trust with my money because they make it evident with their inability to control their attitudes and rude demeanors that they feel entitled to it. They seem to think they're paying ME for a service when it is ENTIRELY the other way around. In my opinion, they don't have far to go before they're just taking money out of certain accounts they feel "owe" them.
After looking at the reviews, I look forward to moving my money to Norman's City National Bank and trust.
I recently visited this Norman Branch on September 21, 2024, and had an extremely disappointing experience. I went in to withdraw $3,500 in cash and requested a mix of large and small bills for convenience. The teller who assisted me, Samone Woodye, was very aggressive and rude, not allowing me to fully explain my requirements. Her demeanor was unprofessional and made the entire experience highly unsatisfactory. Hateful, incompetent, holds checks for weeks and drums up fake charges! Absolutely horrid to deal with! Go ANY where else to bank. DO NOT USE!!
