The staff were very nice and helpful.
They suck. They charge a ridiculous amount of fees and they don’t let you know about it until after you open the account. And it’s really illegal to do that.
Was a premium banking customer for almost 10 years. Small problems happened seldomly until the last 2 years of service. I was in line at the grocery store twice two different weeks trying to make a $400 purchase in my card wouldn’t go through, I had online banking and checked my account, not only is that a problem, but there’s also no communication as to why the payments won’t go through even with online banking.
