Maybe the worst Bank in the USA. I used their ATM the other day, which I have done many times. This time the metal door flap that opens to dispense the cash, opened with the cash there and as I reached for the door flap closed before I can get my cash. I went into the bank and me with an executive and they said they couldn't do anything about until the audit their ATM the next night. She said she would call me the day after the count.
