Great for banking
Worst bank in the world. Wasted my time, saying they need an approval and follow protocol to cash out a check. Only the Hialeah branch make you go through all that nonsense
Worst banking experience ever — and I’ve worked in banking for over 25 years. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. I went early to send a wire transfer. My money was fully available, yet they refused to authorize the wire, claiming “not enough days” had passed — even though the funds were already cleared. I transferred the money from another account I own specifically to complete a real estate closing. They delayed the wire and then, incredibly, the manager (Graciela) placed an additional hold on my own cleared funds... read more
Fui a cambiar un cheque expedido por este banco a una agencia del Doral. Mi experiencia fue maravillosa. La cajera nombrada Jacqueline y otra más un trato exquisito. Me sentí como si me conociera de toda la vida. Me he quedado tan encantado q estoy averiguando para poner mi cuenta de deposito allí.
Dios mío un banco donde tengo la cuenta hace tantos años y hoy es la seguanda vez que vengo y me encuentro a Marjorie j Rodriguez que creo que no fue a la escuela como es posible que pongan personas analfabeta a trabajar en un lugar como este . Nunca más volvería aquí
