This is a business based bank it's a $1000 deposit and you have to maintain $3000 in your acct to avoid monthly charges..you can walk up to the teller after being buzzed in and you have to buzz to get out too..the vault is open and this bank has very calming music playing I loved the experience
Went to cash a check & they didn't have the funds available ! A Bank not having funds available is insane its a BANK !
Stood there for 15 mins when no other person was in bank, why take so long. I called their number beforehand to verify everything needed to cash an e-check get down there and they won't do it. Claims they're not allowed and didn't know who Ashley was. Then had the nerve to ask if im sure I called the right bank. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and have no idea what they're doing. Worst bank I ever stepped in. Would never recommend this bank or location.
