Staff is very friendly although a little slow. My one and only real complaint is they never seal the money envelope when you cash a check so coins and id. Hate when the do that in the drive thru.
I have been a customer for over 10 years with City. There have been numerous issues with my balance not reflecting correctly, and now dealing with several fraudulent charges on my account had me ready to close all accounts, and switch. However I am pleased that Brett has returned to CNB, and I am staying because in the past it was him, and another previous manager who got things taken care of quickly.
