I moved several years ago and kept my account here at City. Sometimes that can make things very hard as I live in SW Florida now. I had called yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience with the Beaver office. So sad as that is the office I always banked at when I was there in WV. Today I spoke with Adrian in the main office on Park Ave. and had a wonderful experience! She is amazing and so helpful!! I am so grateful for her willingness to help!! You need more workers like her!!! Simply the best!!
