Very poor customer service to be honest every time I called the branch never answer like today. I have emergency. I’ve been in the branch in the morning. I’ve done a wire right now almost 2:30 PM and the wire is not being sent. I called the customer service and they told me that never been requested to the wire to be out of the branch now multiple time I called the branch they never answer. Super poor customer service.
Had to make withdraw from atm. Paid the fee and pushed the wrong button and got a hundred dollar bill instead of 20.00s. Went inside and they would not break the 100.00. No customers in the bank. I won’t be moving my money here when I find my new property in the area. Hard pass.
Horrible customer service from the vice president at this location. Very dismissing attitude
