I must not have gotten Emma that everyone writes good reviews about. This girl was in such a rush to get my nails done, I was gritting my teeth while she filed then. Never had someone go so hard and unfortunately a few of the nails are not straight. She didn't shape my nail beds or do anything with my cuticles before trying to put on the base color. I visited this place twice, and the technicians who provided the service were very nice and did a great job. I returned on 1/19, and the lady who charged me included bizarre additions, such as charging to remove gel polish when I was already getting a gel service. She also charged $10 × 2 to add acrylic to two chipped nails, as well as a 3% fee for paying with a card. My sister and I always come here for a quick walk in they always get us in a timely manner. Customer service is always amazing I tell them what I want sometimes I even show some references photos and they NEVER FAIL to execute my vision!! The actual nails always come out better than the inspo BOOK OR WALK IN NOW !!! Staff is always so nice and friendly absolutely love this nail/spa salon!!!
Emma is the best she’s so nice and so so patient. I love coming to L&T everyone is just so nice and makes the experience of getting your nails and toes done so peaceful 10 out of 10 I recommend :)
