Very good customer service
My tech used the wrong color and when I let her know after the first coat, she insisted it was the color I chose. I chose a dark denim and she was using light blue. She told me we would check at the end. Then when it was clear she used the wrong blue she kept saying that they were the same color. Not sure if she was gaslighting me or color blind.
Great place and super affordable even with designs. Very accommodating as well I came in alittle late and they still did a great job!!
I was visiting Baltimore, MD for a conference along with my daughter and mom. We had planned to get our nails done while in town but had difficulty locating a place and I was very nervous because I have my person back home; however, THIS place is now my go-to place when I am in Baltimore.
