They didn't cut my nails, clean them, and they didn't do my cuticles either. The woman was very rough even after I told her my thumb was dislocated. The job was shitty.

So I took my mom out to get a pedicure for her birthday last week and there was only two staff. This is my favorite place to go in town. It’s run by just a couple so they can get busy, but they’re very funny and they’re very good at what they do.

Absolutely pathetic excuse for service. After completely ignoring me and my daughter we were met with rude, condescending tone and told they couldn't paint my daughters nails without any reason. I know this place is typically trash but this is a new low for an already struggling business.
