I had a great experience at City Nails! I came in for two manicures and was immediately impressed by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and completely non-judgmental, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Shirley was my nail tech, and she did an amazing job—she was attentive to every detail and happily accommodated any requests I had. I also really appreciate their punch card system and affordable prices, which make it easy to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I brought a picture of a simple design I wanted and Sholeh wasn't able to it at all. Not only that some of my nails are now coffin shaped and some are square. Also some of my nails are very thick! I just wanted to get out of there since it took hours. I expressed I was unhappy with the service!! She charged an outrageous price too! She had no idea what she was doing! I suggest she needs more training!! My first and last time there. I'm new to St Catharines and I'm looking for somewhere to get my nails fixed now!! Totally a w... read more

I had a pleasure of getting a hot stone massage, pedicure and toe nail painting from this establishment. The massage was top tier, if I had all the money in the world, I would go in daily. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
