Was going to city nails on two notch for years but when city nails 2 opened I followed and don’t regret Annie is the best
When I went to college at USC, this was my go-to spot! May usually did my nails, and she always did the best job! Annie is great too. Unfortunately, I moved back to my home state, but I miss this place every time I get my nails done!! Beautiful nails and fair prices.
