Saw a car advertised and contacted the salesperson. Was sent a quote with the agreed inclusions and price. Confirmed sale in writing and was told a member of finance will call to take a deposit. Phone call came from sales manager advising they cannot honour the advertised price and they cancelled my sale and then reposted the car on Carsales with a $10k price increase. Multiple contacts with contradicting information from different people.
A big shout out to Erbin and the Isuzu service team at City Motors Port Lincoln. After a routine service yesterday (all went smoothly including a courtesy D-Max because it was a lengthy service). This morning the low tyre pressure light came on so I contacted Erbin to organise a fix. As soon as I got to City Motors, he organised a mechanic to identify the problem. It was a leaky valve with a twist in the tail. The twist being the wheel needed a specialist valve which was not in stock. Erbin sent me to Goodyear down the road ... read more
