After reading all the good reviews I booked work to be done, Idk if the staff is all new now or what.. they were friendly BUT after waiting almost a month for the appointment didn't fix anything and just told me that "these" things need fixing.. I know that why I brought the vehicle there.. will be booking the work elsewhere as I'm not interested in waiting another month for the work..
Switched my propane business here because my old supplier sold out and the new folks seem.......... disinterested. The staff at City Motors is exceptional, at least the ones I have dealt with so far. Very pleasant and helpful which means a lot to a 78 yr old guy with a bad back. He loaded all my tanks(4) without being asked and did so with a smile. I'm now a regular customer even though I have to drive twice the distance to get there.
This place doesnt show under Gas Station search in google. All other gas stations take tap only to get air for my tires, so i was beginning to worry i wouldnt find any. City Motors in fact has free air, which i truly appreciated today. A man kindly came out to greet me at the start as well.
Had an issue with my new BMW plugin hybrid while boarding (trying) the Texada ferry. City motors showed up and took the car to their shop where Rob got it going somehow. Few follow up calls to make sure we were okay too. First class customer service.
