Excellent customer and mechanical service!! They have gone above and beyond every time I have needed work done. Honest, trustworthy and diligent. By far the best service in Powell River in my opinion

Thank you to everyone at City Motors for always providing great, friendly, and affordable service. Also thanks to the two young ladies working there last Monday who were so helpful when I had to pull in with a medical emergency, called the ambulance and sat with me so kindly while we waited for it. And for letting me park my car there overnight. I really appreciate your kindness.
After reading all the good reviews I booked work to be done, Idk if the staff is all new now or what.. they were friendly BUT after waiting almost a month for the appointment didn't fix anything and just told me that "these" things need fixing.. I know that why I brought the vehicle there.. will be booking the work elsewhere as I'm not interested in waiting another month for the work..
Switched my propane business here because my old supplier sold out and the new folks seem.......... disinterested. The staff at City Motors is exceptional, at least the ones I have dealt with so far. Very pleasant and helpful which means a lot to a 78 yr old guy with a bad back. He loaded all my tanks(4) without being asked and did so with a smile. I'm now a regular customer even though I have to drive twice the distance to get there.
