Very unprofessional. Had a MOT booked up a week in advance. Turned up just on time and they are saying won't do I now and leave the car for later. So had to pay an extra £86 for uber to get me home and back to pick it up. When collecting the vehicle found it dumped outside on double yellow risking to be fined😔. Will never use again
You can always rely on City Motor Repairs to fix your car quickly and they are priced so fairly with labour costs in line with the hourly MOT rate.
BEWARE!! Took the car in for a mot. It failed. The quote for repairs was ok, then when I gave the go ahead was told the cost quoted was PLUS 20% VAT! It needed a tyre so I agreed to this, it cost £65.00 PLUS VAT which I was unaware of until after it had been done. I would not recommend this garage as a quote of £200 doubled!
