I would highly recommend not shopping here. Their sales efforts are very strong and convincing, but the experience completely changes after you’ve paid. My 16-year-old son spent his own saved money on a bike, and when issues came up—even with a proven manufacturer’s defect—the after-sales support was frustrating, unhelpful, and unreliable, just like the products they sell. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company take a young customer’s money and then fall short when it actually matters.
