Needed help with lighting. Couldn't find a store employee anywhere but the cash register. She told me she could try to call someone to come help me. Waited 5 minutes and no one showed up. No confirmation that someone was coming. No acknowledgement. Walked the whole store looking for another employee. No one. Going to Ace instead. At least there, they want to help.
Misplaced my receipt and they won’t allow a return for a new item that was never opened even though it was purchased with a credit card and they could easily look it up and see it was purchased there. According to the staff member “it’s their new return policy that has recently changed” that’s fine I’ll never shop here again! Take your business to Home Depot or Lowes where prices are cheaper and they value customer service!
Frustrating Experience and Lost Sale. My recent visit to City Mill Mililani was incredibly disappointing and a perfect example of how businesses lose sales due to poor customer service. I went in specifically looking for a lamp and found a pair of attractive grey, black, and white lamps displayed prominently at the front of the store.
