TLDR: dont shop for replacement hardware like nuts and bolts here. Honestly. I have gone here twice, before deciding to write any sort of review. I went in looking for a screw to match a broken one. After wandering up and down the aisles surrounding the screws, not finding someone, then deciding to rummage through the inventory myself; I found the bolt i wanted, but couldnt find the nut, even after several minutes of trying the drawers tgat supposedly held the correct one. It was nice. Went there for garden supplies. Had everything I needed at a reasonable price. There was a nice selection of plants. They even gave me a military discount.
Needed help with lighting. Couldn't find a store employee anywhere but the cash register. She told me she could try to call someone to come help me. Waited 5 minutes and no one showed up. No confirmation that someone was coming. No acknowledgement. Walked the whole store looking for another employee. No one. Going to Ace instead. At least there, they want to help.
