Misplaced my receipt and they won’t allow a return for a new item that was never opened even though it was purchased with a credit card and they could easily look it up and see it was purchased there. According to the staff member “it’s their new return policy that has recently changed” that’s fine I’ll never shop here again! Take your business to Home Depot or Lowes where prices are cheaper and they value customer service!
Frustrating Experience and Lost Sale. My recent visit to City Mill Mililani was incredibly disappointing and a perfect example of how businesses lose sales due to poor customer service. I went in specifically looking for a lamp and found a pair of attractive grey, black, and white lamps displayed prominently at the front of the store. I was doing a kitchen sink drain repair and needed some parts. Went to my go to store - City Mill, Mililani location and arrived at 5:52pm (they close at 6:00pm.) This was on Sunday, January 26th. I would've been in & out in 5 minutes assuming no customer lines. To my chagrin, the lights were out and the scissors gates were locked - and nobody was there?
