Had a toilet leaking from the handle. I went to go get a new handle and Austin told me it was likely the fill valve. He was right. I went back and bought a fill valve and Jason told me exactly how to change it. $13 later and my toilet was easily fixed. I really appreciated the time they took to explain this to me and hear out my issue. Thank you!!
We've been coming to City Mill for years and we are never disappointed. The prices are reasonable and they have a nice selection of tools and supplies but it's the customer service that City Mill provides that always brings us back. Today, a young man named Joe approached me and asked if I needed help.
