THIS PLACE IS REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SERIOUSLY HAVE ONE ASSOCIATE WORKING IN ONE DEPARTMENT, WHEN I WAS WORKING BACK IN HOME DEPOT HAD AT LEAST 4 PEOPLE WORKING IN ONE DEPARTMENT..............
The woman (Shantelle) working at the paint section was completely unprofessional. She clearly had no idea how to mix paint, made a wrong mix, and then had the audacity to blame me for her mistake. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
Jason is such a positive & friendly team member at Ewa beach city mill! Very helpful in giving me tips to replace my toilet seal. Especially going from old school wax to the new rubber seal. Made my job so much easier! Steve (Supervisor) also friendly & helpful! Saw him helping an older woman by bringing her large items to her car. Great team! Aloha!
