I will never rent a carpet cleaning machine from here again. They will look for any reason to charge a cleaning fee. Absolute worst customer service from manager. Lost a customer for life.
Called them for a quote on a pallet of paver blocks and got put on hold until they disconnected me, wasted my time.
I have bought 2 propane tanks from them and and they are supposedly full or half full even tho my brand new grill is demonstrating that the tanks are LOW.
2024 review: The experience I just had with this store is my last! The cashier, Luz, was rude, unprofessional, confrontational, and lacked any semblance of aloha. It was simply "I'm right, and you are wrong." They made the mistake of having an ad up a day old but wouldn't honor the price. The ironic thing, too, is that she admitted she was the person to take down all the ads that morning and missed the one right in front of the tool department.
