The woman (Shantelle) working at the paint section was completely unprofessional. She clearly had no idea how to mix paint, made a wrong mix, and then had the audacity to blame me for her mistake. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
Jason is such a positive & friendly team member at Ewa beach city mill! Very helpful in giving me tips to replace my toilet seal. Especially going from old school wax to the new rubber seal. Made my job so much easier! Steve (Supervisor) also friendly & helpful! Saw him helping an older woman by bringing her large items to her car. Great team! Aloha!
I will never rent a carpet cleaning machine from here again. They will look for any reason to charge a cleaning fee. Absolute worst customer service from manager. Lost a customer for life.
Called them for a quote on a pallet of paver blocks and got put on hold until they disconnected me, wasted my time.
I have bought 2 propane tanks from them and and they are supposedly full or half full even tho my brand new grill is demonstrating that the tanks are LOW.
