I went here earlier this week and all staff from reception, the nurse and doctor I saw were all warm, kind and caring. There is a good atmosphere too. Really grateful to have such a positive experience going to the doctors.
The staff at City Medical Wollongong are so professional, helpful, kind and supportive. They always go that extra mile to put your mind at ease and deliver exceptional healthcare for our family. I highly recommend this practice, they are fantastic.

Very disappointing experience. I had an 11:30 AM booking but ended up waiting for an entire hour before being seen. During that time, I was repeatedly asked to do various unnecessary tests. The receptionist—a young woman—was extremely rude and unprofessional. To make things worse, the doctor kept leaving the room to deal with sth he not sure, and the actual consultation lasted barely 10 minutes.
