After having bad experiences with many other dealerships, I was pleased to deal with Jamie at City Mazda. I walked in knowing which used car I wanted, and Jamie was helpful, understanding and I was happy to do business with him. The car was great, it sold itself, and he took me through the buying process nicely without any pressure. Highly recommend them.
We run a repair shop fixing cars, we deal with here very often with parts and other services we got quoted $800 for air bag check for a customer, we booked it in for 7:30am The car had some codes that came up, they did not even bother to call us and let us know, we called at 4:30pm to see if it was done and was told then The person on the phone said that if we want to go ahead and get the codes cleared we would be charged an extra $225 per hour or we can take the car away and pay the $800 and airbag report was not even provi... read more
