I had a recall service on 19/09/2025. When I came to my apparently completed car ready to be picked up, the boot paint was covered with long dragged black fingerprints all over it. Also my mirrors we're stuck back (not electric). This is the second time I've had issues with this place, it is bizarre to have these type of issues at an apparent premium service department. Will not be bringing my wife's new Mazda or mine here again.
Friendly staff, various options. I had a good experience there when I went there for a cx-5 test drive, although I postponed my purchase.

I feel disrespected and ignored at this stage. Could you clarify what is preventing my $1,000 deposit from being refunded? super disappointed and frustrated. Initially saw a demo car that was 34k, Rahul the sales guy said the demo car was sold but he is able to give me the same price for a new car. After test driving and deciding to get it, he said it would be 37k and thats the best price despite initially saying he can do 34k. total scam and waste of time. Do NOT find Rahul, does not honour his words. Even got the manager out to say thats a special price for today and would not have such a good price if i come another day... lol
