Absolutely terrible service department. My brand new car with brand new tyres on it came back to me requiring a wheel alignment after a service with no responsibility taken. Their response was that it must have flexed on the hoist and now I am up to pay for a wheel alignment after a routine service. They will also not fix the known bump steer issue on my BT-50 and now that I purchased new tyres, I now will end up with destroyed tyres before they will do anything about this. I had the worst experience at the service department. I have ever had. Dropped my car off early in the morning dropped my key in the lock box . After not hearing anything from City Mazda that they got my car. I tried ringing oh well what a disaster that is ,no one in service picked up and after leaving messages no one got back to me. Finally had to go through sales to get someone to answer the dam phone. They asked where's your Key? in the Lock box where you told me to put it. Ok someone will get back to you.
