I was desperate for a new mattress and dreading the typical pressured sales experience. I almost bought online from another company but *so* glad I didn't. I hesitantly walked in on a Friday evening and was greeted by Leo. He kindly asked what I was looking for and I gave him a few specifics: king, medium/soft, ideally similar to the Sealy posturepedic hybrid and max $1200.
